As of now, there will be shuttles provided from the hotel to the fairground and back. The bus will depart from the main crew hotel, Van der Valk Hotel Schiedam.

WHAT IS THE EASIEST WAY FROM THE FAIR GROUND TO THE CREW DINNER LOCATION 'PRACHTIG'?
To get from the Rotterdam Ahoy fairground to Bar-restaurant Prachtig, and with the goal of exiting at Leuvehaven Metro Station, here are the steps:
From Rotterdam Ahoy to Zuidplein Station:
Take Metro Line E from Zuidplein:
At Zuidplein Station, take Metro Line E (towards The Hague Central Station).
Travel 3 stops and get off at Leuvehaven.
Exit at Leuvehaven:
Walk to Prachtig:
When you exit the station, you will be at Leuvehaven near the water. Walk towards Witte de Withstraat.
Walk straight along Leuvehaven, then turn left onto Witte de Withstraat.
Bar-restaurant Prachtig will be located on this street.
The total journey should take about 25-30 minutes depending on waiting times for metro connections.
